Took me 6weeks to get my product,not impressed

Placed an order On March 27 and it was delivered April 24, 4 weeks to ship my package. I also emailed twice to get the status of order and shipment and did not get a single reply. Not impressed at all with the service.

Hi Réal, thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience. Like stated in emails we sent to all our customers we had issues with production the past couple of weeks. We have almost recovered from it and starting next week we will be back on normal schedule. Fastest way to reach us is always through messenger. We are always there to help. Thank you

Ma commande a été expédié après ma demande d'annulation, j'avais commandé 1 mois d'avance pour un cadeau de fête je l'ai reçu 3 semaines après la fête. Aucune considération pour la demande d'annulation aucun suivi possible

Coffee is awesome but last time I putted 1 order and you charge me 4 times…hope to receive the 3 other orders soon and that no more orders will be add.

On the 6th it said was delivered at “ 10:00 pm & when I talked with UPS SHE SAID WE DONT MAKE ANY DELIVERY AT THAT TIME OF NIGHE !!!,I did not get my order & then 16th my order was destroyed but “ ny city ups “ order number 9913 was sent to me open bag n I put in a claim for it .SIGN EDWIN JAMES SUTPHIN

Your coffee is great! Customer service horrible! Last 2 orders took forever to receive and wrote 5 emails asking for a refund because it was over a month before you even sent the order! So unfortunately I don’t have faith in you to order again! Love the coffee, service sucks!

Bonjour Pour faire suite à mon achat , j’aimerais dire que je suis très satisfait . J’accorde aucun regret à ce jour malgré le retard …. Je comprend très bien ce genre de problématique. Et. J’avais d autres cafés en attendant . Loll Le café est très bon. , la tasse a une imperfection. De peinture. Dans l’ensemble des coûts .. c’est parfait Là présentations du produit est. A1 et le produit excellent Je recommande votre produit …et sans rancune pour l’attente Le café c’est comme une nuit de noce … il est bon d attendre pour mieux s’avourer par la suite. 😂😂 Votre service à la clientèle …. Est plus qu’excellent Bonne bonne
