Bonjour Eric, Nous sommes sincèrement désolé que vous n'ayez pas aimer le produit. C'est très étonnant vu que plus que la grande majorité de nos clients adorent le produit à la première utilisation. Pour être capable de vous aider nous avons quelques questions à vous poser. Puis-je savoir savoir comment vous avez préparer le café, avec quelle cafétière et aussi la quantité de café utilisé? D'habitude vous achetez quel café aussi? Merci

“It took a little extra time to get my first order. So, I ordered it again. I tried both the Gasoline and Grease coffee. Gasoline is average at best. Grease coffee tasted amazing. Very dark roast and very flavorful.”

“Your products are awesome! But your filling of orders and shipping are poor. The skull mug with coffee arride in a med. Box banking around freely in the box. A little paper or stuffing for padding would have help. Luckily the mug was in a smaller box and not broken. The two gift boxes we ordered. Took forever to be put together and ship, missing the two BD we needed them and instead of 2 XL shirts for one box and two L shirts for the second box, we got 1 L shiet and 3 XL shirts. Again, great products-5 star, but the filling orders, packaging, and shipping of orders in a reasonable time is poor-1 star.”

“Unfortunately I am not thrilled with Gothrider. My order took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did, I didn't receive what I ordered - I ordered an XL and received a 3XL. I immediately emailed (October 20) to advise of the error and expressed my understanding that mistakes happen; a week later, I still haven't received a response.”
