“Scammers, deviated my itinerary replacing a 4 hour flight segment with a 27 hour two-connection flight. I asked for cancellation but they wanted to charge 400 Euros to cancel a flight that cost me 1409 Euros! despite its their fault, and me asking to cancel a mere 20 minutes after the booking, for a flight that is two weeks away! They are crooks and totally devoid of integrity and are very slimy. Avoid like the plague.”

Made us wait weeks and weeks and charging us ridiculous name change fees , lying to us blaming Emirates when emirates were not at fault . They use an easily refundable ticket strategy to lure customers to make bookings, but they don't abide by their word.
Terrible customer service online. They can't solve problems; they reply politely, and that's it. They even use wrong names in replies with copy and paste emails.
I'm rightly entitled to a refund, and I've been asking for it for 20 weeks, but they just keep shifting the blame to third parties. To avoid receiving essential documentation from one's request for refund, they claim systematically they can't open standard pdf or png documents. Disgusting!
I don't recommend it, and I've seen enough other people in similar appalling situations.

The ticket price they showed at first was completely different when I checked out—they added $150 without any explanation and charged me for it! As a frequent flyer, I’ve never encountered such frustrating services. Once you book a flight through their platform, they completely drop the ball. My family of 03 couldn’t make it to the airport due to the city blockade, and despite multiple attempts to get a cancellation or refund, I was met with inconsistent information from their customer service staff. It felt like nobody was on the same page.
After the flight departed, I called again to request a tax refund, only to be told they marked us as 'No Show' because the airline didn’t acknowledge the blockade, even though the flight was delayed twice for that very reason. To make matters worse, they expect you to pay £35 per passenger just to process the tax refund.
Overall, my experience was deeply disappointing. I would not recommend Gotogate”

There was no pop up for showing transit visa requirement for the lay over of just 2 hours and in return the airline did not allowed us for boarding. We even called this website again to re-book our flight as we were ready to pay extra amount also but first they agreed to do so then refused to do it within few minutes. It was quiet disturbing night for us as we were roaming on the airport for some help but they did not provide any help and then we came back home and booked another flight of next day. “Booked my flight tickets in February and later on the flight schedule was changed due to which my layover time was extended from 2hrs to 7hrs. The agency told me that I am eligible for a full refund as my layover time is more than 5hrs. But later on the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself and I just got the partial refund.
