“called Goto and spoke to Jessica Dargan. I have placed an offer on a house 2a station road billingborough. I explained I do not agree with paying a fee to purchase at market value, this is not an auction property after all. I explained my offer incorporates any funds required for the purchase including any fees they add. Jessica was rude, loud and told me she would decline the offer - not the vendor? So the vendor does not even get the offer for review.... Awful service and a corrupt way to extort sellers and buyers alike. Avoid”
