This is the second time we have used Gourmet Baskets and I can't thank them enough for their personalised service. Both times I wanted to order a basket, it was very last minute and they went out of their way to offer the best service. I found it was easier to call them after trying to order and really appreciate the helpfulness and their friendliness. Thank you so much again and we highly recommend.

My hamper was sent to Tasmania instead of of Perth. After notifying you I received no feedback. The Christmas hamper that was meant to arrive for Christmas only arrived on 31 December

I left it a little late to purchase a gift basket for Christmas, and I was OK with it being delivered after Christmas, but it was delivered the day before Christmas. Very pleasantly surprised. My mother loved it. The whole process was very easy. Lovely choices for gift baskets too. Thank you.

Really disappoing that both hampers I sent did not arrive on time and one was just left at the post office without notification while the other was sent back saying the address was wrong but it was the correct address and was redelivered weeks later - and after Christmas.

Shipping was outsourced to a local supplier who didn't deliver it for two weeks. At the summer heat all perisahables (chocolate etc) were ruined. Is probably fine for shipping within Sydney but wouldn't recommend as regional - go local instead. Additionally, it was not delivered to the house, instead a note was put in the post office that they needed to go and get from the distribution centre. Not an ideal present.

Recipients loved their basket. Apparently nothing in it they didn't like and said service was wonderful. They are fussy with wines but said what was provided was great. Thank you and will certainly use GB in future.

Unfortunately my daughter wasn't in when it was delivered, however, delivery person left the basket in 40° heat rather than leave it in the shade. You can only imagine the state if the cheese and the damage it caused.
