Can not comment as basket was ordered a week ago for delivery 22/4/2020 and at this stage have not received it.

I ordered the basket and paid the same day delivery fee. It was delivered 6 days later, after I had been promised a return phone call that didn’t happen and cancelled my order and asked for a refund, which also didn’t happen. Would not recommend this service

booked in a special delivery for a milestone birthday and it didnt arrive on the date. i had to follow up and chase the status. not a good experience.

Hamper was due to be delivered on the 9th April, it was ordered a week prior, and still hasn't been delivered for my friends birthday. Really disappointing - especially when you are charged $20 for delivery!

I am disappointed and very upset as my delivery wasn’t delivered on the scheduled day and no one contacted me to tell me. I had to ring up and no one was apologetic to me as it was very important it arrived on that day as a birthday gift. I am very upset with this delivery and will not be ordering from here due to this issue.

Hello David Thank you for taking the time to contact us and we would like to sincerely apologise about your recent experience. I have looked into this further for you and can see the address details that we were originally provided were incomplete and appears to be missing the unit number therefore resulting in an unsuccessful delivery and causing a delay. We contacted our courier on the 19/2/20 with the updated address details you provided and were told this would be re-delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately it appears this was not the case and we were informed yesterday that your gift was taken to the post office for collection although as this was uncollected from the post office they have arranged to have your gift sent back to our warehouse. We can understand this is very disappointing. Our customer service team have been in contact with you via email regarding this matter and will arrange a full refund once your gift has been returned back to our warehouse. Please note this may take up to 3 business days. In the meantime if we can assist you any further please don't hesitate to ask. Kind Regards Rachael Customer Service

The item ordered for same day delivery never arrived same day. The person never received it as they had left for the day. I complained and just received a delivery refund.... Yet the product never arrived!

I didn’t receive what was advertised in the pic... the pic showed a bottle of red that was specially wrapped in red for new year... but it was just ordinary bottle of red when delivered. Not worth what I paid

I made my order on 19th of December, for next day delivery which I had to pay extra for. This is because 20th is the last day that the recipient's office is open. Today, 07/01/2020, I got a call from StarTrack that the hamper still hasn't been delivered. The driver attempted 3 times and the office is closed. Obviously, the hamper was not delivered the next day. Very disappointed.

I have looked into this further for you and it appears the courier attempted to deliver your gift on the 20/12/19 at 11.21am although the business was closed at the time of delivery. They then attempted to deliver the gift another 4 times and on the 5th attempt the gift was delivered and signed for. Our customer service team have emailed through further details. I have looked into this further for you and can see our customer service team were in contact with you up until the 24th of December prior to our office closing over the Christmas break regarding your delivery. Apologies for the delay in response although as our office was closed from the 25th December until the 1st of January we were unable to respond to the emails you sent during this timeframe. Not received. Not phoned. Perishable goods and not received. No real attempt to deliver. I paid for same day delivery but delivery was only poorly attempted 3 days later. Not what I expect ordering gourmet goods in the heat of Sydney.
