“Promised delivery date Thursday 18th August. Collected from the post office as per email Monday 22nd August. The basket itself was lovely, but unfortunately, it arrived way too late to cheer up my sick friend, and the cheese was inedible as it had been in transit for so long :-(”

We are so sorry to hear the arrival of your hamper didn't go as planned - please know the items are taken to the Post Office if the driver deems it unsafe to leave the item and this is to avoid theft or damages. We can confirm the cheese within your hamper is a long-life brie and doesn't require refrigeration. Although the delivery did not meet your expectations, we hope the hamper was still well received and that the items were enjoyed. GB Team
