They loved the gift basket. The delivery of the items were poor. The goods were delivered at 5.20pm when no one was around so we had to go pick up the items from the post office. Surley delivery should be between working hours, if it is going to a business?

Due to delays within the courier network, it isn’t always possible to guarantee delivery within standard business hours. As per our terms and conditions, if a delivery location is closed, our hampers are taken to the post office for safekeeping until the recipient can collect them. My mother in law absolutely loved everything in her gift box. The only bad thing to happen was delivery with aust post. Absolutely appalling.

The basket was great but I paid extra for delivery on Valentine's Day as per website... only to have the hamper arrive on a different day.

I understand from the recipients that the basket was excellent. It did arrive 2 days before we expected as when I ordered it there was a 2-5 business days delivery but it arrived the next day and the recipients were not at home

very good customer service. I had issues with online order as addressed not recognised but managed to speak to customer service and order over the phone. Online address recognition needs to be improved.
