A generally good experience, although the basket was delivered a day late (and it went to the office next door). An advice that it was going to be late would have been appreciated..

Good quality hampers, beautifully presented from what I can see in the photographs on your website. Very easy to order and the status of delivery was communicated clearly. Very prompt delivery as well considering the Christmas rush. I would highly recommend to friends, family and business colegues.

Gourmet Basket is great according to my recipients. The delivery could be better though, they left the delivery upside down last time and they dump and run so you don't even know it's there

My employee loved the basket. My only disappointment was that my confirmation email said it would be delivered on Friday and instead it was delivered on Monday. As it was a surprise thank you gift I couldn’t ask if it had been delivered so I was concerned that the $200 hamper had gone missing over the weekend An email to advise delayed delivery would have been appreciated.

Due to the location this gift was being sent to it required to leave our warehouse two business days before the gift delivery date, unfortunately the courier seems to have delivered it earlier than anticipated.
