but, I asked for a message to be included as the box was going to our friends in lockdown in a Sydney hotel. No message was attached. This was disappointing. They did not know who the box was from.

Delivery time was great. I was disappointed with the miniature snack type products. The chips were personal sized packs, which was ok but I don't know where you found such a little Jerky pack and the jar of nuts was tiny.

My issue is that the basket was not delivered on Tuesday 10 March; rather it arrived on Thursday 12 March.

Products were great - tasty & hi quality. Quantity was very poor for the price - minimal amount in a too large box padded out with packing paper.

Dear Gourmet Basket - I have no idea if they liked their basket or if they have in fact even received it? Upon purchasing, your website stated it would send me a message when the gift had been delivered. I have still not received anything to say that actually happened. I am too busy to pursue these kinds of things and just have fingers crossed that it was delivered and that we'll hear from the recipient at some stage.

Although I was disappointed that the delivery missed my friends birthday and was not as ordered, Gourmet Basket have apologised for thjis and provided a shipping credit and a discount voucher for subsequent purchases and this is appreciated.

The hamper was fine but the customer service was really poor. I made an error with the address (wrong house number) & rang through about 15 minutes later to change it. The woman I spoke with was abrupt & unhelpful & told me that she wasn't sure if she could change it. I asked if she could email confirmation that it was done so the next day when I hadn't received confirmation I rang & spoke with another woman who confirmed with the person I'd spoken with the previous day that the address had been updated. It had not. Luckily the delivery person rang the recipient of the hamper.

They still haven’t received it! It was supposed to be delivered on Christmas Eve morning .by 330pm it still hadn’t arrived and they had to leave. They’ll pick it up at post office today. Not exactly what I’d thought would happen.

Disappointed When a delivery couldn’t be done on Christmas eve and I thought the driver just for one isolated delivery could have got out to ask someone about the house number

I sent two baskets, 1 to my mum which She has recieved. But elderly mother in law who is spending Chrissy on her on own didn’t get hers as it ended up in north nsw not south west NSW. As the post office kindly told me today. So my mother in law gets nothing
