Delivery came ahead of schedule which wasn’t necessarily ideal but the packaging and presentation was absolutely wonderful and very much enjoyed by the recipients!

The gift was meant to be delivered on the 9th not the 8th. Better early rather than late I guess. The gift though was as described thank you

I purchased this hamper for my mums birthday and she absolutely loved it! The customer service team were very prompt and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Product delivered on time with a beautiful box. Great job. As a first time overseas user, I was offered a $10 off discount for my 1st order. However was not able to actually redeem the discount at check out as instructed. $10 refund was offered the next business day. Appreciated. However, since I did not receive any messages re the refund. I was not aware of the transaction until one week later. Was quite upset about the merchant until I saw the refund. Overall, I am quite happy with the service. But the merchant can improve communicate with customers in the future.

My mum burst into tears when she received this as a 'care pack' because we couldn't visit her. She rang me and described every item in detail!!

The hamper got damaged enroute & they were honest enough to report that & delivered a fully intact hamper. So thankful for that.

It was lovely gift boxed and presented but I thought it was expensive what I paid for what I got. I was told someone had to be at the premises to sign for gift, so I arranged for someone to take the afternoon off work 1-6 pm but it was just left at the front door with 'no signature required. Disappointing.

Great service and charming baskets with a modern spin. The delivery was a day or two later than originally scheduled but it was to be delivered in a remote town and basket wasn't urgent so I didn't mind but bear in mind if you are wanting delivery in a remote area.
