“according to the gift recipient, the basket itself was great, most of the contents were lovely. But is was not shipped in any kind of insulated container with a cold pack. so the cheese was iffy looking, and the chocolates were melted beyond recognition.”

All of our fresh cheeses are shipped in insulated bags with cold packs, while long-life products such as our prestige brie and chocolates are not. “I'm very disappointed. Sweets look nice but taste awful. I have thrown most of them to trash. Only nuts were eatable. Just as an example, popcorn with nuts is a block of sugar with few pieces of soft popcorn. Can't eat it.”

“Easy to order and hampers well displayed so you could see what you were getting very clearly. Prices very fair, and responses quick. Recipient pleased with the hamper, tho I ordered two and one was delivered a few days early. Definitely recommend and would use again.”

“The hamper presentation and items contained are fabulous. The method of delivery, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Delivering chocolate on a 40 degree day by Australia Post guarantees the entire contents of the hamper will be very hot and melted. Not great when the hamper is delivered to gift to a loved one in person.”

“My delivery didn’t come on the requested day, which is fine, however, it appears it sat in the depo for 2 days without refrigeration, when it was finally delivered the entire package was hot, the cheese was warm and oozing liquid. I was unable to gift this as the cheese was inedible. I’ve contacted customer service twice with no reply, extremely unhappy especially given the price I paid for a box of cheese and crackers! Packing is beautiful otherwise.”
