Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We apologise that an item was removed from your order without prior notification. Please know our standard practice is to call and email all customers regarding items that are out of stock when we can not replace the item for a similar item. We can confirm at the time of the item being removed from your order, the item was also refunded, meaning we were not charged for an item that was not received. Although you were not completely satisfied with your experience, we hope the hamper was still enjoyed. Thank you, GB Team

“The service was great under very trying Covid circumstances. I was surprised at the delivery time as I thought it would take longer to organise the courier. Choice of baskets was good and my sister was very impressed with her birthday gift.”

“I booked this ahead of time for a specific date, and that was fine on the date. I was kept fully informed and notified of the delivery. The recipient loved it. For the service, I thought the price was very reasonable.”

“wasn't delivered on the day of my friend's 50th despite being ordered with the correct delivery date. Despite me confirming with their customer service people. When I called to complain they said I didn't read the small print which says they don't guarantee delivery days!!!! Why order in advance to ensure your loved one gets what you send them on their special occasion. I recommend going with a company that CAN guarantee delivery day!”
