“I paid extra for a gift basket and also chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered early for Christmas for my daughter who is away from home. They did not arrive on the 23rd as promised, and since she was away after Christmas by the time she got the fruit in the basket and strawberries a week later when she returned they were no longer edible! I contacted Gourmet Gift Baskets numerous times but no response whatsoever. A reply would have been appreciated. I understand delays can happen but due to no reply at all (to this date they have not yet replied) I'll never use them again and would not recommend!!”

“Gourmet Basket was very helpful in redirecting the parcel to the correct address after my computers "autofill" annoyingly refilled the intended address with my own one. This was no issue for them. They redirected the hamper to the correct address. The recipients were very impressed with the hamper's contents once it was received.”
