The box was half filled with paper and the quality of food poor for the price charged

There are many hamper companies now online and I chose this one because they had a stipulated delivery model for which I paid $18. Whilst I did not book with short notice, and the parcel was due to be delivered two days before my father's birthday, this did not happen. It came the day after and with no apology or notification. I had to contact them and ask where the hamper was. No email with tracking details until I contacted them and asked where it was and then they emailed me the tracking details. At least it was then delivered on that day.

I requested delivery on the 1st of December it is now well into the 2nd and the basket is for a birthday present tomorrow. It would appear that i will not have a present to give on the day. the order was placed a week ago with the notation for 1st delivery. no comment was made to the contrary.

Their website said it would delivered on Friday and it didn't get there til Tuesday. I didn't realise that the 17.90 delivery fee was Aust Post. Other hamper companies offer free delivery for post.so won't be using them again

I had requested the gift to be delivered on a certain date and it was sent about 4 days earlier basically defeating the whole purpose of the gift and the surprise. When I asked why the response was not helpful. What is the point of having the option to select a date if you are just going to ship it when it suits you?

I always order at least 3 days ahead and you still manage to deliver a week late!

Unsure why you'd offer Easter delivery and it arrives a week after Easter? Great gift and presentation but really disappointed that our team didn't get until after Easter.

It was not Gourmet baskets - it was the delivery. It took 10 days to get there. The gift package was ordered on Wednesday for delivery on Friday - the opening of a new burger shop. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Hence they tried to deliver on Monday (Monday and Tuesday are the two days the shop does not open - they were not aware of this). Hence the delivery finally arrived on the Friday well after the opening.

Unfortunatelyi was disappointed as they sent the gift basket I ordered to the wrong address I had to follow up as to why my brother did’nt receive his birthday gift and they finally phoned my brother and they had the wrong address , I was not 100/ percent happy with the service

The basket arrived with open packet of crisps. Really overpriced for what you get. Socks were the best.

The basket was great, but I asked for delivery on 15 Feb and it was delivered on the 14th (valentines day) As this was for a man who had just buried his wife, it was totally inappropriate and something I attempted to avoid

Hi my basket didnt arrive , can I please have the name of the person who signed for this and the address incase this has gone else where. The basket was ment to be delivered on the 21st january while he was at work and it got delivered on the 22nd Januray when he wasnt there so it's been mishandled somewhere. Thanks

They were thrilled to have the parcel however said they didn’t think it was for them? It was left on their doorstep and was heavily battered and they thought it had been around the houses (they were trying to be kind and grateful) I felt disappointed as I thought it was expensive anyway(coming from England, everything is expensive in Oz)

The basket was delivered a day later than promised, after the gift recipient had checked out of the accommodation without any communication from GB. This was despite me sending the company an email stressing the importance of delivery date before the recipient checked out. Was interesting to see that cheese was shipped (gift box came from Sydney to Brisbane according to the company) unrefrigerated.

The basket and contents were good. I was not happy with the fact that no contact was made with my daughter (the recipient) on arrival as per my request. This meant she had to chase around to find the parcel & eventually found it had been left at her local post office. no card or notification was left in her mail box. Not happy. Disappointing and a time waster having to chase what should have been an uplifting gift to our unwell daughter.
