The basket is lovely, however the website did not specify that it would be dispatched from Sydney. I had thought it would be dispactched from my city (via a supplier network), therefore it took longer than anticipated to reach the recipient. Further, the courier left it in front of the wrong apartment, so the recipient had to go looking for it after we asked a few days in if she had received it yet. Overall not a positive experience.

Nice gift baskets, delivered on time. Shipping charges are very expensive at 20% of the cost of the gift! Will not be using this service again.

I incorrectly duplicated the order. The customer service people were quick to contact me and confirm my error and told me they would arrange a refund for the duplicated order. All good so far . . . still waiting for the refund!

For this reason I am giving you an overall rating as 6. As for "Who made the delivery" - how would I know what form of delivery was used as the delivery is managed by GB. This selection is just because of your tracking.

Seemed a long time from ordering and paying fir this item until it was delivered. But finally it arrived in tact on Friday 9th December so I’m happy that this long distance Christmas gift for my son & daughter-in-law has finally arrived. Thank you.

Hi, not able to properly rate this services as we have not yet received delivery. Customer service has been good in that they are organising re-delivery (courier not able to locate package - deemed lost. Delivery is due either today or tomorrow (fingers crossed).

I like the website, loyalty program and hampers (particularly when on sale), but the products in the hamper were all near end of life and tasted stale. This leaves a bad impression for the gift

Promised delivery date Thursday 18th August. Collected from the post office as per email Monday 22nd August. The basket itself was lovely, but unfortunately, it arrived way too late to cheer up my sick friend, and the cheese was inedible as it had been in transit for so long :-(

We can confirm the cheese within your hamper is a long-life brie and doesn't require refrigeration. It sounds like the basket was great and my dad loved it, however, it arrived a day later than I requested it, so my dad didn't have it on his actual birthday. I understand that this is out of Gourmet Basket's control, but they shouldn't offer delivery on specific dates if they can't ensure this happens.

Baskets were good, but delivery (by Auspost) was patchy (some next day as advertised, some a day or two later).

I sent an email the day of receiving our hampers - both were damaged and one came with an open packet of chips. I sent photos of this. Haven't had response from anyone.
