“Hi my basket didnt arrive , can I please have the name of the person who signed for this and the address incase this has gone else where. The basket was ment to be delivered on the 21st january while he was at work and it got delivered on the 22nd Januray when he wasnt there so it's been mishandled somewhere. Thanks”

“They were thrilled to have the parcel however said they didn’t think it was for them? It was left on their doorstep and was heavily battered and they thought it had been around the houses (they were trying to be kind and grateful) I felt disappointed as I thought it was expensive anyway(coming from England, everything is expensive in Oz)”

“Basket good. Delivery date missed. I paid 18.00 to get it delivered on a particular date for a birthday and it arrived today instead of Jan 21. Covid was the excuse. Don’t offer something you can’t deliver on.”

“We sent a sympathy basket to a family members who lost her mother. She adored the hamper. The only thing I could suggest it that a photo of the hamper is sent to the person sending it. We added additional things so we couldn’t see them on the website. We couldn’t exactly ask our cousin in morning to send us a photo of what she had received.”
