“I ordered my gift from Gourmet Basket on 13/02/22. You sent it on 15/02/22. It has never arrived. It was a belated birthday present. The birthday was on 09/02/22. It is now 02/03/22. It is a bit late. I have seen the person myself since then. I could have given the present in person. The person keeps asking when is it going to arrive. The whole impact of receiving the present has been lost. I am sure that this is the fault of Australia Post, rather than Gourmet Basket. You should not use Australia Post.”
