“Unfortunately the delivery was made after the recipient had left the hospital so they never received it. I called and spoke to the courier company responsible and they are unable to collect it and redeliver the parcel as they have completed their 'original' job.”

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Unfortunately, that is correct. Once an item has been delivered in full to the correct, they are unable to retrieve the hammer for delivery. We hope you were able to retrieve the hamper from the hospital & that it was still enjoyed. Thank you, GB team

“Although not arriving on my friend's birthday, she was over the moon to receive a box of lovely goodies on her doorstep. Under the current climate with Covid and Flu the service was still good and communication was good.”
