“Contents of box were spitting out with the ribbon holding the cover in place. It looked cheap. Not a pleasant look especially as a gift.”

“Basket was beautiful and my mum loved it. Was a little bit disappointed with the delivery process, the basket was several days late, communication to me indicated I would get a refund on the shipping, never heard from anyone from the team in regards to this again.”
