“It sounds like the basket was great and my dad loved it, however, it arrived a day later than I requested it, so my dad didn't have it on his actual birthday. I understand that this is out of Gourmet Basket's control, but they shouldn't offer delivery on specific dates if they can't ensure this happens.”
