Quality of the basket was good, but the delivery service was a huge let down. We ordered 5 x hampers ($1,000 worth) for delivery in time for a special event, and they arrived 2 days late. Really disappointing..

Our hamper was delayed, due to be delivered on Friday, didn't arrive until Monday. The wine we chose was unavailable and was replaced with another without our input.

As for your performance I was not impressed. I ordered my hamper on Wednesday evening to be delivered in Brisbane on Friday and this was not to be a problem. It did not arrive at its destination and was an embarrassment for me as my daughter received nothing for her birthday. Courier unable to be contacted over weekend. Eventually arrived on the following Monday. Not impressed with this and when an employee from this Co was available they offered ne a refund of $16.95 being shipping. I spent over $171.00 so still very unsatisfactory

I'm buying from southamerica and i paid for the delivery on the next day. The person that was suppose to recive the basket waited all day long for the present and nothing happened. From the support system they told me that there was no one at home, thats false. She had to collect it from a post office. She loved the basket present but Its a pitty cause i found your page online as one of the best delivery of presents on Sydney but im really disappointed.

The basket did not arrived when requested and I did not receive a call to notify of the delay, it was up to me to follow up which was very disappointing.

I ordered a gourmet basket on Monday 30th September. As at today's date Saturday 5th October it still has not been received by my clients. Disappointing.

I was very dissapointed with the basket that I sent to my Pop in Canberra. It arrived two days earlier when I had asked for it to be delivered on the Monday, he recieved it on the Saturday. The basket had been damaged in transit, and when I told him how much it had cost me he was appalled. His photo looked very different to the one on your website. You obviously took a picture of the empty packets as well as the contents to make the basket look more impressive. I was so upset that I had sent such a bad gift.Maybe next time I will simply send him the money and tell him to buy his own Wine and goodies.

We had an order that should have been delivered on a Friday in time for a 50th birthday on the Sunday. Unfortunately, the hamper was not delivered until Monday only after chasing up with the office about its location. Even though it was an issue with Star Track, we didn’t get what we arranged.

Not a great experience, last minute advised no stock of what I had ordered, a replacement was given. Then delivery never happened, sat at local depot and had to collect, kinda ruins the surprise for the recipient. Was a test for my customers Christmas gifts, looking at alternatives now.

Hi Ben, thanks for taking the time to review, and the honest feedback. Seems you had 2 issues here which must have been frustrating. Very sorry about not having your item in stock - this happens very rarely and we are constantly working on improved prediction systems to ensure it doesn't happen at all. On the courier issue, I'll have to look into that sme more. If there is no place to leave, it is standard procedure to take to nearest PO for collection, as this is the best result compared to potential loss of the gift. We'd love a 2nd chance - is there anything i can do? Thanks. Stuart M.D.

I was disappointed with the few items they actually recieved. They sent me a photo and for the amount of money I spent!! I do realise that packaging and postage does come into this
