My friend was delighted to receive the hamper and I found the process easy and was impressed that I could add other items to the hamper.

It was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of Jan 2022 but it’s still stuck at the delivery depot with no indication of delivery!!!!!!! What is going on!

I have used Gourmet Baskets a couple of times and have always been delighted with their quality and service. They went over and beyond with an instant refund for an order which had to be cancelled. Recently. Well done Gourmet Baskets! 10/10

The basket was delivered a day later than promised, after the gift recipient had checked out of the accommodation without any communication from GB. This was despite me sending the company an email stressing the importance of delivery date before the recipient checked out. Was interesting to see that cheese was shipped (gift box came from Sydney to Brisbane according to the company) unrefrigerated.

I live in Canada and I ordered the Sympathy basket for my Aunt who lives in Australia, and she loved it so much! I ordered it on Tuesday and the next day it was at her house. She took a photo of it and it was put together beautifully. Thank you for the amazing service! I will definitely order from you again! ❤️ Cathy Efkarpidis

The delivery driver apparently just left the parcel at the hospital loading dock. It wasn’t located until days later when the contents was spoiled due to weather.

I sent three baskets Two were delivered One was unable to be delivered and trackers told me it had been taken back to Greenacre I didn’t find out until after the weekend that it had been left at the nearest post office where we could have picked it up and delivered to my Covid sick grandson Edith Klimt
