Sadlythe internal packaging was old and cracked. Looked terrible for a new present. Quality control was not done with my two boxes ! Such a shame. See photos But delivery was lightning fast. Just the look of the boxes was depressing.

My hamper was sent to Tasmania instead of of Perth. After notifying you I received no feedback. The Christmas hamper that was meant to arrive for Christmas only arrived on 31 December

While it is not a common occurrence, parcels can occasionally be incorrectly sorted by Australia Post due to factors such as illegible addresses, damaged barcodes, or rare system errors, which may result in them being sent to the wrong location during sorting. Delivery came on the wrong day and then I needed to go out of my way to pick it up from the post office

Additionally, if our driver is unable to locate a safe place for delivery, the hamper will be taken to the nearest post office, as outlined in our terms and conditions. My son sent me a photograph of the contents. I could hardly believe such a small amount cost so much. Definitely not worth the money. I have sent food parcels to Australia each year which I have been very happy with. I’m afraid I won’t be using this company again.

I ordered the Chic Home Office Hamper which looked amazing online. Perhaps I missed something, but I can't see anywhere that highlights the orchard is fake. Had I have known that, I would've chosen a different hamper. I was so embarrassed when the recipient called to thank me and mentioned it wasn't real. Now that I know that, I feel the hamper is overpriced (I could've bought a fake plant, notebook and flavoured popcorn from Kmart). I'm really disappointed and feel ripped off.

I won't order from Gourmet Basket again. I specified the day I wanted the box delivered, but received notification that it had been delivered the day before. The box contained fresh cheese and I specified a particular day because I knew the recipients would be home. When I rang to discuss the early delivery, I felt dismissed by the person I spoke to - there was no apology - just "oh, I see what has happened here..." So no, I won't order from GB again.

A add on was paid for but was not included. To date we have not been refunded despite numerous calls and emails. All family have now been informed of this blatant omission.

The basket was meant to reach on 16 Jan but instead reached on the 17th. I’ve paid an extravagant $17 for shipping just so the hamper reaches on time but it failed. Never again !

Don’t know what it’s like. Bought 2 baskets as a present for my mother. You’ve delivered it to the nearest post office but my 89 year old mother can’t get there to collect it. If I’d been informed that you weren’t delivering to her home I wouldn’t have used your company . You’re asking who made the delivery and the answer- No one - is not an option
