“I’ve been a Gousto customer for 2 years and I have to say the way they have dealt with Coronavirus and continues to manage excellent deliveries and making it as fair as possible has been nothing short of outstanding. I recommended them before and now I doubly recommend them (when they start accepting new customers again)”

“Great way to access new exciting recipes without having to overbuy on the ingredients. Also a great way to give people who do not have a lot of experience of cooking a bit of confidence to give it a go, it has worked a treat with my boyfriend.”

“Can't fault the service and quality of food. Every week there's a wide variety of meals to cater for all tastes and dietary requirements. I'm really enjoying cooking from scratch and learning new recipes along the way. My favourite has to be the wagamama style sweet chilli chicken ramen. I find myself saving money and reducing waste. Best thing is you can pause your subscription at any time with no hassle or additional costs. “We are a middle aged couple who have gained so much by being part of the Gousto family. We have learnt new skills, tried new recipes, wasted less food. We look forward to the box coming each week. We especially like Gousto at this worrying time as it was easy to increase our meals from 3 to 4 to save going to the supermarket. Thankyou .”

“We have been using Gusto for 3 days a week for over a year. The choice of meals has been fantastic. Lots of improvements have been made to make the packaging as environmentally sound as possible. Less packaging,less food waste and healthy, tasty meals. Love it!”

“Honestly shocked with the amount of bad reviews. Been getting gousto for a couple of months now and I've never had an issue. So many different menus to choose from and always really tasty. Friends come over for dinner constantly and always rave about it as well”

“Gousto has its flaws but looking at reviews I am really shocked at authenticity of them. I love the ingredients, I love the dishes, I have never had such variety in my meals before. Being a doctor in acute setting, it gets difficult to find time to cool. Gousto seems perfect. I had issues in past with box being slightly damaged during delivery which is fault for delivery service not the gousto but the entire cost was credited back to me. If I had issues with ingredients, I was credited immediately. Delivering food is not the easiest thing and in spite of their flaws they overcompensate when it comes to their mistakes. Their customer service is rather nice. I am enclosing some photos of stuff I cooked and tbh I am not the greatest of cooks but I really enjoy making their meals.”

“Had my first box delivered on Sunday. I was so fed up going round a supermarket trying to decide what to cook so decided to give Gousto a go. The ingredients were really fresh and good quality. The cooking experience is great and instructions are really easy to follow. Before Gousto, cooking involved putting things in the oven. I now really enjoy the process in cooking a meal and my 5 year old loves helping me prep and cook. There are plenty of recipes (even some for the fussiest of eaters). I have just ordered my second box. Delivery was on time and packaging was fully intact.”

Had no problems with delivery service . Like some have had. Always received by 11am. We have had 2 boxes so far . With one coming next week”

“Absolutely best thing weve ever done!! Nice fresh vegies and meat delivered every week. We love it and new recipes are added every week. Defo got us out of a Rut of eating the same thing each week which i was fed up with!”
