“ Really poor delivery service. Deliveries are so late (almost 9pm) Poor customer service when trying to find out delivery status ”

“ Every box I have had from Gusto has been amazing, quality of the ingredients is second to none and delivery is always on time, as a single mum of 2 it’s not only incredibly convenient but also really good at expanding our taste pallets! Not chicken nuggets and chips every night!! Yipppee, also not once have I ever had a problem with pausing my order or stalling due to financial issues (being a single mum some months are tighter than others ) and not once have they ever taken money from my bank and sent me a unwanted box with recipes I have not chosen. ”

“ Excellent App, great range of meals and prompt well-packaged delivery. The price seems very reasonable and using Gusto saves so much time. I really enjoy Gusto, I can just dive into cooking without the hassle of finding a recipe, making a list and hunting for special ingredients at the shops - Just brilliant ”

“ Regrettably we have just cancelled our Gousto account. Not because of delivery issues, not because of the recipes (which are great) and not because of the cost. It’s to do with ingredients consistently missing. Having to go to the shop to buy a missing ingredient completely defeats the point of having Gousto. I’m honestly gutted as it’s a great product. Please sort it out guys!! ”

“ If something is damaged or missing they will refund ( credit in the next box) and aside for once in 2 years, if I ever had a problem ( delivery, box late ect. ”

Vs other food boxes Gousto has one of the most diverse menus, timely delivery and cost effective meals ever. i highly recommend. what i have noted is there is this highly vocal group of customers who complain about every little thing but basically they are stingy who don't want to pay the price of a proper meal! ”

“ LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!! Meals are easy to make with step by step instructions. Ingredients are packaged as fresh for the fridge and small ingredient bags for every recipe. I am eating far more healthy food, with great tastes and haven’t found anything a challenge to cook. And what I make actually looks like the picture cards!!!! Cannot recommend enough. Gousto delivery day is the highlight of my week ”
