“I've been ordering from Gousto since 2018 and they've never let me down. I think it is value for money because they only give you what they need for the recipes. To make the same meals from the supermarket would be very expensive. As a regular customer they also give me discounts by email which provide even more value for money. I have never had any issues with delivery or quality of produce. I've been able to cook dishes that I never thought I would and they're always tasty.The odd time I have had issues with applying discounts to my account these have always been resolved easily and quickly.”

“Finally got a chance to try as they now include NI. Arrived promptly, all complete with great recipe cards with clear instructions and photographs. Good quality, very tasty meals and good portions. They obviously try very hard to reduce plastic packaging but still too much for my liking. I recommended to my daughter (student) as she is getting more interested in cooking from fresh but needs more experience, so perfect for her. Not sure I'll order again but only due to plastic and limited vegan options. Well pleased with it otherwise.”

“We have been using Gousto for 3 years now. 5 meals per week for 2 people. We have always had good customer service. Never had a problem with bad quality ingredients and the only time we had one spice missing it was immediately credited off our next box. We like the fact that we don’t have wasted food or half used jars in our cupboard that end up out of date. Also portion control which means we don’t over eat. I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews on this site???”

“The meals are exquisite yet easy to cook. They have a fantastic wide range of menu. Great communication regarding delivery of box of meals. Terrific range of Vegan and Vegetarian meals. Customer Service is always available with immediate help for any questions or queries.”

“we’ve using Gousto for at least 5 years now. We recently had a break from it and missed it so much. The variety is so good. Since we’ve been using we choose fish and vegetarian options at least 50% more than we did before based on the great recipes. They introduced us to Basa fish which we love so much. I think in those years we’ve had box delivered to another house and various ingredients missing, but always been given a refund. The good has outweighed the negatives by miles”

“Wow! Wow! Never tried this fresh ingredient business online before but Gousto was amazing. Quality ingredients and spices. Fresh food made easy. No more food wastage in our household which was dreadful. Enjoyed every meal so far, much better than good restaurants that we usually pay £100 for two with wine. Healthy and can count the calories too! Will definately be back. Well done Gousto, worth every penny. From leicestershire”

“I am SO happy with Gousto so far and massively impressed with the flavoursome meals that I've sampled. It's making me so sad to read so many negative reviews. I really hope that Gousto continue to send the delicious food and exciting recipes that I have been recieving. The only concern I have is that my eldest daughter and husband are so fussy that I can't order slimming meals which I would prefer.”

“We have used now for 6 months and probably had a missing ingredient or issue 3 times and we have 4 meals a week. It’s bought back variety to our meal, the fish and meat are so much nicer than supermarket foods. Disappointed so many reviews negative as it’s made my family so happy!”

“Really liking it so far. Learning to cook things I never would have before. Some great, tasty, healthy options. Some of the met hasn't been the best, I avoid anything with sausage now. Only complaint is I can't see how to view my reviews. I thought I could keep track of stuff the family liked that way.”

“I ordered Gousto in December 2020 for my family - 4 meals for 4 people. The whole experience was great. I ordered on the website, selecting 4 recipes including a couple of festive ones from the limited range. The box arrived promptly and the unboxing experience was good - all of the ingredients were nicely packaged and laid out. The inclusion of a free card folder (which I added on) and wooden spoon (a surprise gift) was a nice touch too! It became a family activity to prep and cook them, which was a lot of fun. And not having to shop for ingredients definitely made cooking a more enjoyable experience. The meals themselves were really tasty, particularly the Christmas dinner and brie and truffle linguine. Would definitely recommend Gousto to people, whether you're looking for a more convenient way to cook, want meal inspiration, want to eat better or something else. It's definitely something we'll be ordering more regularly going forwards.”

“I have issues with deliveries the past 2 weeks nor delivered, issues with ware house, only had a couple of months and 4 times this has happened, always late never early.. not good”

“Every box I have had from Gusto has been amazing, quality of the ingredients is second to none and delivery is always on time, as a single mum of 2 it’s not only incredibly convenient but also really good at expanding our taste pallets! Not chicken nuggets and chips every night!! Yipppee, also not once have I ever had a problem with pausing my order or stalling due to financial issues (being a single mum some months are tighter than others ) and not once have they ever taken money from my bank and sent me a unwanted box with recipes I have not chosen. Thanks Gusto me and my children love you and those big red boxes ☺️☺️☺️”

“Excellent App, great range of meals and prompt well-packaged delivery. The price seems very reasonable and using Gusto saves so much time.
