“Website says next working day delivery? I waited 4 days. Your site also says watch comes fully boxed which I perceived as with an iwatch box (as this is a Xmas present for my daughter) only to receive it in a brown box wrapped in safety wrapping. Disappointed”

“Not happy got a phone that was meant to be unlocked! Can’t get threw to anyone to talk and now I have to pay to get the phone unlocked. Now I have a disappointed wee girl who has to wait even longer for her phone.”

“I wanted to update my device, I sent them an email, I sent them my old device and made the payment ... after 3 days they send me a notification that they do not have the device required by me and they do not give me a solution… just they tell me wait for news”

“The website said next say delivery and because I needed the chargers urgently I thought it would be fine. Still hasn’t arrived and it’s been about 5 days now. No proper tracking updates. Also they haven’t even replied to the email I sent them asking to cancel the order as it’s taken too long. Wouldn’t trust”
