Still haven’t received it and unable to contact Royal Mail, wa a meant to be next day delivery ordered on 30 th not despaired until 3 rd and still saying out for delivery 2 days later , not happy at all

Overall pleased with the phone. Would have been ‘Excellent’ had it not been for the screen proctor which was covering the camera which made the camera appear dark

The 24 hour delivery has been 3days and still no sign of phone. E mail sent asking where phone was and no response which isn’t very professional at all!!!

Battery life 86% says there is a fault with the screen as in not genuine Apple so overall not that happy about my new phone

All of our devices (including our Renewed series) stand at a minimum of 80% and above, without any guarantees that the Battery Health will have a specific percentage. As a company, we sell refurbished devices, and where possible we do try and keep the original parts on our devices, however, as you can appreciate this is not always possible. There is no need to worry though as this message only appears since Apple products have serialised components to match their original state. So once a part is replaced it may trigger a system notification. This doesn't affect the functionality of the device and the notification message disappears after a few days of use but could reappear if you were to reset or shut down the device.
