Phone was not unlocked, phone battery was below the minimum 80%
Tried to call the different contact numbers, no one available, left a message for a call back, no call received. Have sent 3 emails to contact and sales emails - not even an acknowledgement so I have returned the phone for a refund. Let’s hope they at least honour that. The only thing I’ve had is this email asking me to review them.

I received a phone that had a faulty battery I then returned it, they claimed the screen was damaged and refused to refund my money. The phone was in perfect condition when I returned it in exactly the same packaging it arrived in they then refused to refund the full amount. shocking service.

Brought through Amazon as new prestige condition phone arrived in poor condition sent back the same day they received it next day two weeks later still no refund and no communication despite emailing them going to raise a dispute to try and get a refund

Very poor customer service. The grade A phone arrived very quickly but was in horrendous condition. The returns process is very easy but waited over 10 days for a refund. Don’t bother to call customer services. They don’t answer. They replied to emails after 48 hours. Shame really as the buying process was simple and fast. Fair prices if you actually get what you paid for.

Terrible Service. Bought the iPhone XS in renewed condition. They obviously replaced the original screen with a cheap one as the middle of the screen is unresponsive and the phone clicks on things by itself. Customer service is non existent, have been trying to get hold of them for a week now to organise a refund and have heard nothing back. Don’t waste your time or money.

Phone arrived dead and fails to work.
Returned immediately,
Waiting over a week for confirmation received and a refund.
Email the customer service, keep getting a standard reply concerning covid, with no commitments to resolve.
Still waiting.
I will not be using this service again.

For the past two days I have rang your company to find out about my refund I have tried to contact you over 30 times I’ve been connected and then I’ve been cut off and said I’ve got to email. This is not acceptable you’re not replying to my emails and I haven’t had a refund I’m going to take it further to trading standards and contact my bank and contact layby and hopefully they will remove you as a customer

When I turned it on all it did was crash, every 30-60 seconds, no one checked that device!! I wanted a refund straight away because I knew no one was checking their phones.
