“I am annoyed as I payed 237 pound for an iPhone XR for my daughter for xmas and although it stated there may be some scratches I wasn’t expecting the whole back of the phone to be covered in them !”

“Very Very poor , as I never expected to see a report coming back saying what yours said , as I knew that some of the things were jus not correct , and have that verified now by another company again who could not understand your report, and they have paid me the full price for my phone , so I certainly would not recommend anybody to sell to yourselves without a second opinion. From what I can see the payment was processed, as the link within your email wasn't used so as a result the payment was processed automatically after 48 hours of not responding via our portal. In addition, it can be seen that our Customer Support team reversed the payment for you (with no extra charges, which via our Terms and Conditions you would normally get charged) and returned the device back to you free of charge. “I purchased an IPad Air 2 on 7/11/2021 it arrived on 9/11/2021 so not next day but it does state that in the email after you purchase. It also came with Royal Mail and not a courier service such as DPD or Hermes which meant tracking was pointless. It did however arrive when stated and it was in pristine condition. When I say PRISTINE I mean PRISTINE!! I paid £179 for it so I wasn’t expecting it to be in such good condition. It’s basically brand new. It also can with TWO charger leads and also a PLUG! Which as many know these days getting a plug in your electronics is almost impossible so I was pleased with that! It was packaged well although didn’t come in an apple box. But can’t complain as I said it was a bargain! I’m super happy with it. I will be using this daily so I will update my review if I encounter any problems. Thanks so much GRADE MOBILE!”
