“I have purchased from you on different occasions. I am always very satisfied. This time there was a problem with one roll being from a separate run. They contacted me with options. I have not received the paper yet, so I cannot comment on it. However, I'm sure it will be as described. A top notch company. Thank you”

“My order was delivered promptly and the process of ordering was simple. I discovered after checking the delivery that one roll was missing. I telephoned them and was pleased to speak to a very courteous and helpful young lady; I think her name was Caroline. No 'ifs or buts', the missing roll arrived the next day.”

“They delivered the next day, as promised. And, when 2 of the rolls were not the right colour for the room, they made returning them very easy. The rolls which have gone up look excellent.”

“Very impressed with all aspects of service Sample arrived in 2 days and paper also. I have one full roll left which I will return. I would suggest that sample purchase should be refunded when an order is placed.”
