“Your delivery was great and your wallpaper excellent quality . Your customer services were a joke ! Couldn't get through on three occasions , just answer phone telling me to check with web site. Then on one occasion, got though put on hold for two minutes then cut off , again told to check web site! The reason I was trying to talk to them was because, you offer free delivery on orders over £75.00, my order came to£80.00, I had a 10% off voucher for ordering a sample, you've guessed it ! , now my order comes to £72.00, no free delivery!!! Joke !!”

“I paid $50 for Canada air shipping, and it takes 1 week to deliver to me. When I called twice customer service to check my order, the lady who picked up the call was so rude, not really want to help. This is my second time buy wallpaper with your websites. I don’t understand why your company hire such a rude person to provide customer service. I don’t think I will order from your website in the future.”

“Paper arrived on time, packaged well. The paper itself appears to be of wood quality and is true to picture- although we have not hung it yet so can't comment on ease of use but overall am very pleased with this purchase.”
