“Graham & Brown provide a good online service and I was able to buy the wallpaper I wanted with minimum fuss and it was delivered to the door. I only gave 4* because the search on the website could not find the required wallpaper using the reference number on the roll (Super Fresco 15010). The system gave me something that looked similar. However searching the web using the reference number pointed me to their website locating the correct paper, which I was able to order correctly.”

“Ordered samples which arrived promptly, good size samples which gave us an idea of the quality of the paper and how it would look, once we had chosen we used the calculator on the website to work out how much paper was required, ordered the paper it arrived quickly and we love it, excellent service, would definitely use again.”

“Website promised 15% discount on orders . Website accepted code , but then didn't apply code when I paid. I complained but was told it was because there was already a discount on that paper . The website made no mention of this when I made the purchase. The estimator for number of rolls of wallpaper is also highly inaccurate. On measuring the size it estimate I needed 3 rolls . It took just 1 !”

“Delivery was fast. Wallpaper quality good. Ordering was not satisfactory however. Ordered online however after I submitted my bank details at check out I was informed that I had paid for 5 rolls and not 2 as I intended. I contacted customer service the next morning before my order was dispatched only to be told that I could not change my order or cancel it. I now have to return 3 rolls when I believe the company could have saved me the hassle by letting me change my Order.”
