“The colour fastness of the design is very poor, simply by brushing paper onto wall and wiping gently some wallpaper paste that was on the pattern side, the pattern started to wear away! really not good, not up to acceptable standards.”

“The wallpaper arrived with marks over certain parts of the print, making it unusable. There were large orange dots, which is simply unacceptable and left us unable to complete decorating the room. These marks were within the print so could not be wiped away.”

“Very impressed with all aspects of service Sample arrived in 2 days and paper also. I have one full roll left which I will return. I would suggest that sample purchase should be refunded when an order is placed.”

“Easy ordering and payment system, and very quick delivery to New Zealand. Packaging let it down though. 12 rolls of heavy wallpaper sent in a standard cardboard box. Edges have been crushed and split open in a few places. It definitely needed some bubble wrap or extra packing to protect edges of the wallpaper”

“Great customer service, very quick delivery and great communication re delivery date/time. Wallpaper not hung yet as waiting for decorator to come, but have used Graham & Brown wallpapers in the past and have been pleased with them. Wouldn't hesitate to shop on line again. Many thanks.”

“We are in Australia and my daughter chose a wallpaper from your website that was shown to be in stock. We ordered and paid for a sample, that took 2+ weeks to arrive and it was the wrong sample. We waited another 2+ weeks for the correct sample and ordered 2 rolls. Once it was ordered we were told that we were getting a full refund as you were actually out of stock (contrary to website) and were not planning to reprint it. Well over a month wasted when we could have found another product. Why send a sample if the product is not available? Not willing to choose another G&B paper either.”

“This was our first experience buying wallpaper online. We ordered a sample initially - this arrived promptly but we were disappointed with the size of the sample. We still ordered the wallpaper and this was delivered promptly and packaged well. Informed of the delivery time and date which was accurate. Excellent service. Will be returning again. Thank you .”
