"Avoid at all cost! We purchased the 3rd most expensive grass they offer. Thinking we invested in something great, what arrived is a product of shocking quality with a huge line right across the grass. We can only imagine what their cheaper grasses must look like! Requests to either refund our money or send a new role have been with the seller \/ manufacturer for a whole two weeks now with no solution in sight; we're continuously asked to wait for a decision. During a time where people really only get to enjoy their own garden as we're bound to our homes this is absolutely unacceptable! It shouldn't take two weeks to make a decision on something that quite clearly and visibly is a manufacturing fault."
