“Good customer communications whether it be verbal or email. Took the time to ask me and then instruct the delivery driver where I wanted the pallet of turf leaving on my driveway. Very reasonable delivery costs and turf prices. I would certainly use this company again and would recommend anyone who wants a new lawn to use this company.”

“Initial order not processed but following an e mail and prompt response from Grasslands my order was delivered the following day. Prodict was as described on website -topiary frame. Mrs K Bournemouth”

“Very pleased with service and delivery. Turf came on a wooden pallet which I had aproblem disposing of. I had to cut it up and take it down to the recycling plant. I didnt see the the necessity to put one layer of turf on a big pallet.”

“Good service, ordered on line and asked for an early Sat morning drop off and arrived before 8.30, only nuisance was the chip pings were filthy (not sure if this is normal) so had to put in wheelbarrow and hose down 2 or 3 times.”

“Service was impeccable the delivery man dropped the order as cost to the property as was possible if I was to nit pick I'd like the turf to be same green all over as it is theres quite a difference in colour but grass is grass and we are pleased with our lovely new garden having not had a lawn for twenty years”

“because i am hearing impaired my grandma placed the order for 2 sacks of pebbles to be delivered to my house on saturday morning.other companies that stock these kind of pebbles could not deliver on a saturday.so we placed the order with grasslands who were very helpful .they took the order over the phone.this was done by claire,who was very polite and helpful.the pebbles were delivered early on saturday morning.by the evening the job was finished and although my garden is small it looks great. thank you, ryan”
