“It arrived well packed and is definitely a two person lift. Once assembled it’s solid and easy to move about on the cart. Used it once so fat for 3 hour ribs which turned out great. Found I needed two hands to adjust the top vent as bottom part moved when I needed to adjust top. No big deal but might be for someone else. Apart from that very very happy with it so far. ( and side tables really make a difference)”

“Wonderful service from start to finish. From online enquiries to the delivery service, we couldn't fault it. We chose to have our bbq put together and it was definitely worth doing. Super happy with the product and have already been using it within the first few days. Can't wait to make more use out of it over the coming months and years.”

“We purchased the Kamado V1 a couple of years ago. It has been an excellent investment, and we have had many parties and gatherings in our back garden, where we BBQ-ed delicious food. We will be purchasing the Kamado V2 at some stage in the future. The customer service from GRDEN has been excellent, and there are some helpful videos on their YouTube channel to get you started. Highly recommended. Russ”

“Absolutely great service, communication through the live chat was really good. Ordered Wednesday evening delivered Friday afternoon. The quality of the product is amazing. It’s so heavy and looks gorgeous. I can’t wait to start cooking! Such a good price too for all you get in the box. Thank you Grden. 😁”

“Well since my Kamado Grill was delivery it has just rained and rained, I have not used it yet (not that driven) but the service from Gardn was excelent and the grill looks top notch.”

“Ordered a v1 XL from Grden and it was delivered only a few days later, the driver dropped the pallet by my side gate at the back of the house as there was good access which was really helpful. The BBQ looks great, though I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet! Definitely make sure you have someone to help you out on delivery day as they are very heavy. The set up video on the website was very helpful as well, showing the best way to grip and lift the BBQ for moving it. Spoke to customer service a couple of times about various things and they are always helpful. Overall great experience, can't wait to get grilling!”

“The item is fine not used yet but the delivery was quick my only issues are the item wasn't in another box which ment the person it was for now knows what they have for there birthday and the delivery company left a £200 package on the door step”

“Visited GRDEN HQ and Christian was extremely helpful, explaining all of the history and features of the V2. So ordered a V2, stand and accessories there and then. Delivered today, now fully assembled and absolutely delighted with the V2, stand and cooking surfaces. Absolutely brilliant at very good prices and top notch customer service too. Can't wait to get cooking now !”
