“Looks like really nice tiles . Ordered 4 free samples was sent 2 free samples with two stickers on each sample so have no idea what they are . Pity as i need atleast 70m2 . But the samples did arrive super quick. Thank you for your response and offering to send replacement samples Unfortunately even after 2 emails taking you up on your offer they still have not arrived .”

Thanks for this feedback and apologies for the confusion. It seems that both of these ranges come from the same supplier so they applied both stickers to one sample rather than send duplicates. Sorry to hear this, samples are sent out on a 3-5 working day delivery service so we ask that you contact our customer services team if your free sample has not arrived 5 days after dispatch. They will be happy to send out a replacement if required.

“Ordered 4 samples which arrived 2 days later, from which i ordered my paving which arrived in good time. Not had chance to check in full as of yet as won't be laid for a week or so, but the one i have checked was as described and in perfect condition. Very reasonable prices and good choice of colours/style and would recommend if you require porcelain paving.”
