“My Kate Appleby platform trainers arrived 2 days after placing the order. Service was fantastic but they were tight and narrow and I was disappointed as I had to return them. I would definitely order from Greene's in the future as the speed at which they arrived was brilliant.”
“Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered online and received my shoes promptly. Unfortunately they didn’t fit so I had to return them. I received my refund promptly.
I would definitely buy off them again and would highly recommend.”
“Cannot fault the team . Kate and Emma were so helpful , had an issue with my one for all gift card and they were so helpful . Will definitely buy from this shop again.”
“Greenes online service was seamless. When we could not get the shoe we wanted at any local shop we went hunting on line.
Greenes had the shoe we wanted - and at a good price.
While it did not fit, returns and refund were best ever even though we lived at other end of the country. We re ordered shoe in another size and received it so quickly we were stunned. We will definitely be shopping at Greenes Shoes on line again because the responsive service is so good.”
“Recieved two pairs of shoes and am really pleased. Was so disappointed not to have received a third pair of shoes I had ordered and when I went into store today they were in stock.”
