“Very disappointed with the shoes. Got them for a present for my sister in law and when she opened the box. One of the shoes had a mark on the toe and the other shoe had like a scratch on the side of it. I was very embarrassed and had to return the shoes.”

“I ordered the pair of shoes on December 23rd and I understand that international shipping is going to take longer then in country shipping. That being said I have emailed about my order as I still have no received a tracking number and it is now January the 6th and I still have received no email back or a tracking number. Being that it has been 15 days since the order I’d appreciate an update on my order at least.”

Your delivery time was 2 days so at this point I’m not satisfied and haven’t received nothing after confirmation and sent email and have heard nothing about my Christmas gift I ordered for my mom”

During the Christmas period, we can also experience delays with postal services between Christmas and New Years, causing a slightly longer delivery time.
