“I ordered size 10, eu44, which always fit me, After they arrived I fit the right one on which was fine,However next day I put the left one on and felt it very tight, unfortunately I wore them out thinking the would widen a bit which has not happened,
I have bought other shoes over the years from Greens and also from their Galway store and never had a problem,
If shoes are tight fitting we should be told
It remains I am the one at a loss because I cannot wear the shoes.
There delivery's are always fast and there
Store staff are always plesent.”
“The product is wonderful, but the condition to but them are not clear for international buteurs... i'm in Canada, and you charges me 47$ for shipping, and I received a bill from Costums of 29$... there was not mention about those extra fees. You should include them in your shipping fees.”
“Delivery was great, I was disappointed that it did not state when ordering the Birkenstocks that it was the narrow width fit and it was only when I received them that I was aware, it would be better if it was stated if the sandal is the narrow or regular width fitting in the product description, as no width fit was stated when I was reviewing the product I presumed it was the regular width which is what I wanted to order”

Birkenstocks are measured in a slightly different way to most other brands. Narrow fitting by Birkenstock are suitable for feet up to a standard width fitting. Whereas their 'standard fitting' are more wide fitting which we would recommend more for a wider foot.

“Ordered 2 pairs on line . 1 I want sure if 41 was 7 or not so they were 8 too big . 2 nd Una Healy size 40 which is 7 very disappointing not true to size more like a size 6 . Assistants in shop when I asked returning very un helpful . 3 of them and no one else in shop only one customer Too busy having there own chat . Limerick store .”
