I ordered the wrong size online . A bit of a nuisance printing documents and taking to drop off point where they were unable to scan the parcel using the codes provided. Will now have to take it home and try again

Ordered a size 7 ..leaflet in box said 7 sandals were an 8 unfortunately I'll have to return.

Unfortunately I will have to return these sandals. They look lovely and are really light but they are extremely wide. My feet come the whole way out over the sole at the front. Delivery was quick. Sandals only cost €30, but €5 fir delivery and €5 for returns

I was sent a size 42 /8 x2 pair instead of a size 41/7 which I ordered do I will be returning to the shop tomorrow. I previously ordered a size 7 and was sent a size 40 which was too small. I don't understand why there is such difficulty sending me the correct size thus I won't be ordering online again

We will admit that there has been some confusion caused by Heavenly Feet due to a 40 not existing in most of the styles of shoes. However we have looked into this and we have rectified this error. Online service 10/10 Bugatti Shoe design 10/10 However, the right inside sole has a manufacturing defect and so I can’t wear the shoes for more than 5 mins before they dig into my foot. I had worn them outside for the day so I didn’t even bother to return them knowing they wouldn’t be accepted for return/exchange.

The service from Greenes Shoes was excellent however I ordered REDZ boots. They arrived on Jan 30th and are damaged already. February 8th. I didn't even get a week out of them as have only worn them a couple of times.

it is not how it look like on the site, silver eyes where the laces going through, thats what de site said, my dr martens were de eyes black, and that is not good

The boots didn't fit, so I was disappointed to have to pay €5 to return them after already paying €5 for delivery. I will shop elsewhere in future.
