“Although the staff were friendly and the process was ok, getting our deposit which is refundable as paid for the top insurance back is another matter. Our car was returned on the 5th June 2025 and we are still waiting for the return of £125.”

“Very quick and easy pickup and return, nice staff at the counter and the car parking space, car was relatively new, had some scratches but I was clearly instructed to register everything with photos and to double check that everything was marked on the form. Car was basically cleaned, but hey, we're in Crete in the summer!”

“Picking up and returning the rental car was very good, but unfortunately, the return of the deposit was anything but normal: The deposit was not only reserved but also debited from my credit card and only returned a month later. That's completely unacceptable, and I've never experienced it before.”

“Everything was great but I wish they had been clearer that there is no scheduled pickup at the airport. If you want to be picked up you need to call them. Everything with the car was fine for a very competative price”

“Assistant who carried out my car hire,instead of putting my holding deposit of £1505.00 as pending he put it through as a payment. I am now having my bank trying to retrieve my deposit, because your company won't return my calls very disappointed with your service. Unable to talk to anyone.”

“The experience so far has been good. Paperwork and collection went without a hitch. Can't comment on return of the car yet as I have not taken it back. I've extended my rental as I'm still waiting for my car to arrive from the UK”
