Excellent service from the pick up at the airport to the return ride back to the airport. The vehicle was clean and as represented, I would certainly rent from Green Motion again. Mike S, USA

There was some initial confusion, because Green Motion is not at the Miami airport, but the shuttle was convenient and everyone on site was great to work with. The car we rented was spotless and the drop off was seamless. If this site has had problems with previous management, the new team is going above and beyond to be courteous and accommodating.

I booked a weekend car hire from Bristol Airport recently. The price for the hire was the most competitive I could find. Having booked a small car, when I arrived at the Green Motion premises, I had been upgraded to an almost new Kia Sportage. It was great to drive and very comfortable. Having supplied all my details online a few days before, documents checking was quick. Be aware that the £1200 excess is added as a “pending” transaction to your credit card but is removed shortly after the hire is completed. Staff were helpful and, despite other negative reviews I have read, I really couldn’t find any fault with this hire at all. The premises are just outside the airport boundary but, on a dry day, is a pleasant ten-minute walk. A shuttle bus also runs regularly to and from the terminal building.

Another trouble free rental, with an upgrade to a new car. The whole process is very smooth and the short walk to pick up is no problem

Easy to get the car from Green Motion, but little bit upset because I have received a old car hardly used. Them yard was fully with a new cars.

Given stars solely for Abdul at the Heathrow branch as he was very professional However a large pre auth fee that is yet to come off my account The site to collect your car is at a hotel at Holiday Inn M4 , there was no buses so ended up shelling out an extra £50 back and forth on taxis to and from terminal Also the hotel has been given over to asylum seekers and there are police cars parked so going to get the car is an intimidating experience, not the asylum seekers intimidating me , just the added security so you feel you’re entering a prison camp All in all I doubt I would use Green Motion again

Efficient quick service with Ritz who we have served by before. Good clean car albeit the inside of the windscreen needed cleaning.

Good customer service. Short walk to pick up from Bristol Airport but easy. Car was nice and clean and as expected. I didn't take their insurance as was already covered with my own insurance and although this means they "pre-authorise" a large amount on my credit card. This amount was removed as soon as the car was returned. Will definitely use again, much better value than the other car hires at the moment.

So my company booked me a hire car with green motion, everything seemed to be going well, was a bit of a pain that the car wasn't at the airport (Gatwick) and had to get a bus to the compound to pick it up (wasn't really the end of the world) good customer service at the front desk, got given a nice car. my issue started when I got back to Guernsey after my trip. I had an email from Green Motion saying that I had x2 dart charges, coming to a total of £136 , Now I didn't really know what this was until I googled it as I am not from the uk but it looks like I took the wrong turning and went over the Dartford crossing, then to rectify my mistake went back over the Dartford crossing to get back on my correct path. So of course this being my fault I was happy to pay the £136 worth of fines. Then a couple of weeks later I get a letter from the Department for Transport saying I have x2 fines I need to pay coming to a total of £75, this must have been some mistake as I have already paid Green Motion for these fines.... contacted Green Motion only to find out that what they had in fact charged me for was ADMIN FEE's!!!!! They had charged me almost double the fines as Admin Fees! When I contacted Green Motion they said I had sighed the contract that stated theses charges in article 13...… I feel like these charges are a complete RIP OFF!! this is just not fair and Green Motion should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people.
