“We normally take our caravan to the dealership for a service however we decided to use the mobile at home service. Jarrod the technician called to say he would arrive shortly and on arrival promptly set about servicing it. Upon completion he went through what had been completed and any issues, there was one which he is raising a warranty claim for. All in all a fantastic service was provided by Jarrod who is a credit to Greentrees. We will most certainly use the mobile technician for servicing every year from now on.”

“Greentrees have always given us excellent service, whether that is purchasing a new caravan or servicing a caravan not purchased from them. Most recently we have had some warranty work completed by their service department. The work was done efficiently and quickly. The staff are all so polite, friendly, and understanding. I would highly recommend Greentrees, and can’t thank them enough for making our experience so pleasurable.”

“I’ve been coming here since 2003 when my wife decided we needed to buy a caravan! Over the years they have nursed my poor van back to health despite my many attempts to break it. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them to friends who are looking for a van or getting one serviced. Have things gone wrong? Sure, but they were fixed. Give them a try and remember to be nice to service reception team they are lovely. 😀”

“Unfortunately our fairly new and top-of-the-range leisure battery was flat when we came to pick up the caravan. We only found out when we tested the replaced omnivent. We also had to remind the team about our replacement flip-up table, which has been an on-going issue since we first picked up the caravan in March 2019! However, the Greentrees customer service team are always very friendly and helpful. I think the workshop lets them down sometimes...”

“Spurdin We had a broken caravan window it took a long time to be delivered to the store due to manufacture problems the staff ( Shannon Abbey and Wanda ) were so so helpful very friendly and polite professional throughout a very long wait never impatient Once it arrived we were contacted made an appointment immediately for it to be fitted and made welcome while we waited, the lads fitting it friendly and efficient. What a super team very pleased and will return in the future”
