“I usually buy in multiples and get free shipping this time I was in a hurry and I only ordered one card and had to pay two dollars shipping which I think is ridiculous so I’ll be sure not to order a single card in the future”

“You can send out personalized cards which makes them so special. Customer service is there to help and they do help with anything you might have trouble with. They get the cards out right away and you pay so much less for quality personalized cards. I send them for all occasions even personalized cards from pets.”

“I just love this company. They make card sending so easy. Recently I discovered I had previously ordered a card for a family member and inadvertently ordered another one. I immediately emailed customer service and my problem was resolved promptly.”

“I had made a mistake in the delivery address, owing to my autofill. Not knowing this, I queried the delivery time with customer services, who asked me to check the address then offered to re-order for me, free of charge. Their response time was also amazingly fast!”

“I have purchased personalized cards from Greeting Card Universe 5 times in the past 2 weeks. While the artwork is pretty simplistic, the fact that the cards can be personalized to make them more meaningful is what brought me back 5 times. The cards were promised by specific dates for each order and arrived on time. After each delivery I received an email asking if my cards arrived on time and was I satisfied, or not. That is unusual customer service and much appreciated. I will continue to use Greeting Card Universe for all of my card needs.”

“They are the Best! I went looking on their site for a specific card, and OMG they had about 9 relevant ones!! Then I got lost on there and realized I chipped 1:10 minutes off my day; that site is AMAZING! Even if I need an ‘everyday’ card from local drugstore; NOPE; getting it from this site; and I’ll gladly pay shipping too! A must shout out to KC, who is so helpful and pleasant!!”

“Several months ago I had discovered Greeting Card Universe while looking for a "Special Card." From that point and because I could include my own wording I have purchased Cards for those special occasions. Several times I called Customer Service and spoke to their always friendly, concerned and willing to address my concerns, Representatives One area this company stands out among others is the very quick time of production and mailing to me. I recommend this Card Company without any reservations and will continue being a valued customer.”
