“Impressive delivery speed, card was wrapped and packaged with care. Quality of the card was fantastic. I had a question about my order. “I ordered a Naval Academy graduation card from GSU. The tracking number showed that the card had been delivered, but I had not received it. After waiting a few days (to see if it arrived) I called customer service. KC was pleasant and professional. She is resending the card at no charge. I am VERY pleased with how my problem was resolved. Thank you, KC!”

“I had a question over the weekend about sending a card from my private gallery. My sister-in-law had requested a special card for my brother's birthday in 10 days. When I saw that the hours for customer service were weekdays, I was hoping for a response early this week. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive an answer to my question on Sunday. As usual, the response from GCU was respectful, patient and thorough. My question was answered, I ordered the card and all is well. Thank you so much!”

“I had a question about using my private gallery to send a personal card quickly. I sent my question on a weekend, hoping for an answer early the next week. I was surprised to get a response on Sunday telling me what to do. So helpful and, as usual, I found the staff person to be patient and respectful as well. Thank you!!”

“First I would like to say...I will never buy greeting cards in a store again, finding this site was a God sent. The cards are beautiful, affordable (half the price the store sells them for) and the fact that they can be personalized is awesome. Customer Service is great, delivery also great. “FANTASTIC CARDS AND SUCH A SELECTION IT IS HARD SOMETIMES WHICH CARD TO SELECT. I RECENTLY SEEM TO HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDERS BUT THANKFULLY THERE IS ALWAY SOMEONE THERE TO HELP ME OUT WHICH I AM VERY GRATEFUL. KEEP YOUR GOOD WORK UP.
