“I approved my card, not realizing I made a typing mistake. I contacted Customer Service who responded quickly and corrected my error. I enjoy the card selections, the card messages, personalization options, the prices and their easy ordering process. I've been ordering them for years and will continue to do so. I am very happy with their service.”

“From my phone it is more difficult to access all the available options like setting the date to mail and using an address already stored in the app! However, customer service quickly resolved the mail dates for me.”

“I have been purchasing cards from Greeting Card Universe for the last couple of years and I love the Unique and Beautiful even special event cards. The fact is, (the price is great and they offer different script for your own messages. The customer service is Wonderful, very caring band courteous. I love purchasing my very special cards from this Wonderful Company. Oh, Also they print cards and mail them as quickly as possible. These are simply the best cards.”

“KC customer service was "too good to be true"...yet it really exists! The do-over card I received was just perfect and now I can send a beautifully personalized bday card to my niece (the first version was not!) “Every time I get stuck looking for a specific card, or I have another query, KC is always there to assist me. I have ALWAYS HAD GOOD SERVICE. The cards arrive promptly and I could not be more pleased with GCU than I am. I get so many comments from friends who like the unusual cards, the humerus ones and ones for a special occasion. Really recommend them.”

“I have little "extra" time to write a review, but I could write a book about Universe Greeting Cards! This is the time! I have been buying these cards for YEARS and have been sharing with family and friends. The variety of cards is amazing! When one of my grandsons joined the Marines, I found cards for a new Marine and even a graduation card. When another grandson graduated from a satellite college, I was able to personalize his card, University of Washington, Bothell. How wonderful was that! My family and friends LOVE getting our cards because they always contain a personalized message just for them! Sometimes the card says "I" when we need "We" -- no problem, we just personalize it. I don't know if I should mention this, but the price is unbelievable! The PERFECT card, PERSONALIZED, received in the mail amazingly soon, wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard -- all for a price that is less than I could find a nice card at our local drugstore! What more could you want? I will be a customer forever! I have NEVER been disappointed!”
