“When my order said the cards were in my mailbox and they were not, and it was 10 days since my orders were placed, I contacted the company and they were happy to replace free of charge.”

“I am very happy with the fast respond I received and the help to make make my order better for me to read it. The ink inside of the card was very light and hard to read and they are now going to send me a ew card with black ink used so I and my Granddaughter will be able to read her birthday card. I always like to order and send your cards out to family ad friends.”

“I have been using Greeting Cards Universe for years and years. I can’t say enough good about them. It’s fun it’s easy and the quality is 10+ . And their Customer Service is wonderful. I have used them on the phone and e-mail and they NEVER DISAPPOINT. A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER”

“I had never used greeting card services on the internet because I get confused with all the options. Because time was of essence I decided to attempt the service. I got confused immediately. “They replaced my order when I did not receive it!! The new replacement order came Priority Mail and it was all bent up and had damaged my card. Then the next day I got my original order that took 15 days to get here. Luckily it was fine!! Excellent company and wonderful to get immediate response! The USPS, not so much!”
